Mediation Fees

Fees for the mediation meeting (which includes Glyn Maddocks' preparation time), and which are usually divided equally between the parties are:

Half day: £750
All day: £1,000

Plus VAT

In addition, reasonable travel, accommodation, subsistence expense if any incurred by the mediator in attending the mediation meeting are included in the mediation fee providing the mediation meeting is with 50 miles of the mediator's address. Outside this radius they are payable by the parties equally.
